the communications section serves as a place where you can view all of the communication history with a specific user these include emails, sms and push notifications navigating the communications section is generally comprised of 5 steps selecting the source you must specify the user table from which the data will be pulled this can be done on the top left hand side under source selecting the identifier secondly you must select an identifier by which you want to identify the specific user (id, email, phone number, etc ) this can be done on the top left hand side under identifier specifying the identifier enter the identifier value this can be entered in the search customer field, just beneath the identifier selecting the communication channel on the right hand side from where you specify the source and identifier, there are three toggle buttons (email, sms, push) toggling them on will show all of the communication made using the specified communication channel searching by keywords for a more precise search you can also navigate the output using keywords these can be looked up on the top right hand side in the search message field which column can serve as an identifier can be defined in global settings, under the source manager tab the output is comprised of six columns type shows the communication channel type that was used (email, sms, push notification) campaign shows from which campaign the communication was made (campaign name) subject shows the subject that was accompanying the content content clicking on the "view" text will open the content that was sent in a new browser tab time sent displays the exact date and time that the communication was made status shows the communication status (sent, delivered, bounce)
