Under the blacklist configuration tab, a list of all of the email addresses that are blacklisted is displayed. An email can be removed from the blacklist by clicking the bin icon, or added, by clicking the plus icon.

No emails will be sent to blacklisted addresses. Emails can be added to this list if (for example):
