under the communication channels tab, data source columns, connected to different communication channels can be added, configured and removed each communication channel can be activated or disabled by ticking the box under activated communication channel in this tab, global user communication limits (limit amount per user & limit period in days) can also be set this feature allows you to set limits on how often individual customers can receive emails, push notifications or sms texts (i e max one email per three days) if the customer reaches the set communication limit, it will be automatically excluded from the communication list until the set amount of days have passed this is a global level communication limit and applies to all campaigns, unless specified differently in individual campaigns in that case, the campaign level communication limit overrides the global communication limit same applies if the campaign priority is set to urgent in this case, the global and campaign level communication limit will be ignored
